Our Comprehensive Consumption Calculator is an advanced project engineering tool, specifically designed to ensure technical precision in the supply of flooring and wall coverings. Unlike conventional systems, our tool integrates algorithms that analyze the specific geometry of each piece to optimize actual on-site usage.
Technical Note: The Cutting Rule (50%)
The system simulates professional installer behavior based on offcut utilization:
- If the required offcut exceeds half of the piece, it is counted as a full piece.
- If the offcut is equal to or less than half, it is optimized by being counted as half a piece.
- It is recommended to add a safety margin (minimum 5%) for breakages and to reserve stock from the same batch.
The system automatically increases grout material by 15% for hexagonal and octagonal formats due to their larger linear perimeter.

Enter the dimensions and pattern. For Octagonal tiles, you can define an independent insert.
