3.1. To validate the estimate and convert it into an order, you must send it back signed, upon receipt of the same we will send you the Proforma invoice with the customer's invoicing details, and the bank details for payment (the purpose of this step is for the customer to carry out a final review of both the order and the data entered and validate them).

SPAIN: maximum 10 days (it can be 3/4 days).
EUROPE: 10 days to 30 days depending on the country. (Average 15 days).
INTERCONTINENTAL: 30 to 90 days (average 45 days).
As is logical, some of the rustic, handcrafted products, furniture and screens, have slightly longer delivery times, as manufacture begins from the moment the order is placed. The delivery time stated for each product is expressed in working days.
The products purchased in Ceramiques Coral Barcelona S.L. are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The shipment will be made through the company with which we have contracted the service and that enable means to prevent the goods do not suffer any damage and ensuring that reaches its destination in perfect condition and in the time established in the conditions of purchase. Ceramiques Coral Barcelona S.L., does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a consequence of the data provided being inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the addressee, after all the attempts made by the transport company, and the surcharges that may occur as a result.
According to current regulations, the customer has the right to return their purchase in whole or in part if they are not satisfied. You have 7 working days after the date of receipt to inform Ceramiques Coral Barcelona S.L. of your wish to return the product.
The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer and the refund will be made in the same way in which the payment was made. All returns must be sent in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labelling.
In case of defective reception of the product, whether due to manufacturing defects or damage caused by the shipment, you must contact Ceramiques Coral Barcelona S.L. within 24 hours of receipt of the order, to arrange the exchange of the product.
We recommend that you open the product in the presence of the carrier.
WE GUARANTEE all our products for a period of 2 YEARS, in accordance with the terms of Law 23/2003 of 10 July (LGVBC) on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, as long as it is not due to misuse or misplacement of the goods purchased. Some of our marketed products have an extended warranty.
In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, which shall be free of charge for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
